You’ll need to show you have the skills and experience for the job, so make sure that you emphasise this when you apply for the job. It doesn’t matter if your job title wasn’t the same as the one you’re now applying for, as you can highlight the relevant aspects of your role and not mention others if they aren’t important. If necessary, you can write your job title, and add next to it “With special responsibility for…” and fill in what your admin responsibilities were.
